Meet the Brothers Behind Shadid Plastic Surgery

At Shadid Plastic Surgery, surgical excellence is a family legacy. Founded by board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Derek Shadid and joined by his brother, board-certified anesthesiologist Dr. Christopher Shadid, the practice is a unique collaboration built on experience, trust, and a shared vision of patient-centered care. Their father, also a board-certified plastic surgeon, paved the way with decades of dedication to the field—instilling in both sons a deep respect for precision, safety, and results-driven care.

Unlike many cosmetic practices that rely on nurse anesthetists, Shadid Plastic Surgery is proud to provide on-site anesthesia care by a board-certified anesthesiologist. This elevated standard of care allows for an added layer of safety, personalized monitoring, and a seamless surgical experience from start to finish.

  • Had my double chin fat removed. I usually avoid having surgeries/procedures. But decided I should give this a try. Double chins run in my family. No matter what diet or exercise I did, it never got rid of my double chin. I was very nervous the day before and mentioned it to them. They went out of their way and called me to reassure me that everything will go perfectly. Procedure went great, they talked me through every step during the procedure, which I really appreciated.
